I am a strong advocate for the need for realistic and sustainable self care practices and I enjoy working with all health professionals to help integrate practical self care principles into their working and everyday lives.

Zoom sessions are available for individuals, groups and service providers across Australia.

About You

There are many different reasons people might reach out to a counsellor for support and assistance. It might be something you have tried in the past but for whatever reason it didn’t quite work out, or it wasn’t the right time.

Sometimes you might feel as though a part, or parts, of your life are “not quite right”. You are trying to keep up with everything you need to get done and put on a happy face but it is getting harder and you are feeling tired.

Maybe you have been struggling with an issue for a while now – something that keeps you up at night, something that is causing you to worry or stress. Maybe it is impacting your relationships with the people closest to you – your family and friends? Your children? Your workmates?

You may have experienced the loss or death of someone close to you and you are really struggling to live your life without them.

There may have recently been a big change in your life – a job loss, a move, a relationship break up and you need help adjusting to the way things are now.

You may have experienced a traumatic event in your life and you are finding it really hard to move beyond this and feel safe again.

Maybe you have been diagnosed with a mental illness – depression, anxiety, bipolar or a personality disorder and you are looking for a counsellor to support you and to assist you to develop strategies to manage your illness.

If you feel like you relate to any of these situations and you would like to make an appointment for counselling please contact me via email [email protected]
